Masz pomieszane wersje Debiana, a pakiety instalowane z repozytorium i386 muszą być w takich samych wersjach jak zainstalowane z amd64. Próbujesz zainstalować 32-bitową wersję libc6 ze stable, a 64-bitową masz jakąś niedostępną obecnie w oficjalnym repozytorium, pewnie instalowaną kiedyś z testing/unstable. Rozwiązania trzy – albo cofasz 64-bitowe libc6 do stable, albo dobierasz 32-bitowe w obecnie zainstalowanej wersji, albo instalujesz oba z testinga.

Prawdopodobnie, problem wziął się z instalacji Pythona 2.7.8 z testinga (dodałem repo testinga do synaptica -> zainstalowałem Pythona 2.7.8 -> wyłączyłem repo testinga w synapticu).

Co do problemu z uruchomieniem gpg4usb - nie było go pamiętam w przeszłości, gdy zainstalowałem multiarch, zamiast amd64 (jak obecnie).

Czy jest to trudne i skomplikowane? Bardziej opłaca mi się grzebać w nim czy zrobić reinstalkę dual-boota? Ani to, ani to nie uśmiecha mi, jednak na coś trzeba się zdecydować. Stąd zastanawiam się co jest mniejszym bólem i pochłonie mniej czasu? :p

Naprawa niemal zawsze jest szybsza niż reinstalacja.
Musisz po prostu wyrównać wersje pakietów:

Tylko zanim zatwierdzisz, wklej tu wyniki na forum bo znów będę teksty, że „samo ci się usunęło pól systemu” ;)
Możesz też zobaczyć jak wtedy aptitude sobie z tym poradzi (po dodaniu tego wpisu w /etc/apt/preferences lub /etc/apt/preferences.d/):

aptitude właśnie nie proponuje cofnięcia pakietów do wersji z priorytetem powyżej 1000, stąd apt-get w tamtym wątku.

apt-get full-upgrade -s - nie ma takiego polecenia. Nie przypadkiem dist-upgrade?

Zainstalowałem te biblioteki i386. Gpg4usb usb już działa. Dziękuję za pomoc :)

Nikt nie proponował takiego polecenia.

Co do błędów z pythonem, zobacz tak:

Ehh - jednak nie wszystko jest ok. W jednym miejscu się łata to w innym dziura wypada ;/ Nie wiem czy to się da naprawić czy przeinstalować albo może skasować i zainstalować gnome'a?

Wykonałem to. Programy jednak nadal się nie otwierają. Próba ich reinstalacji nic nie daje. Pojawia się log:
