Witam

Czy ktos z szan. forumowiczow mial moze dosiwadczenia z serwerkami SUNa ?
OD paru dni walcze z glupim (jak mi sie wydaje) problemem - mianowicie
na nowym SUNie XFire 2200 M2 (AMD Opteron Quad x2 w SMP)
po zainstalowaniu softowej macierzy mdadm i poprawnym utworzeniu macierzy typu RAID1
na dwoch partycjach logicznych (utworzeniu na nich systemu plikow ext3)
przy kazdej probie ich podmontowania do systemu
zwiesza mi sie wszystko - tzn nawet konsole - i jedynym rozwiazaniem jest twardy reset ..

Przed zamontowaniem - wszystko wyglada poprawnie :

Zastanawiam sie czy moze to byc problem w zwiazku z architektura i specyfika SUNow
cyz moze raczej spotykany juz jest na tym jadrze na innych systemach ...
Poprzednio robilem podobne macierze ale na starszych jadrach .
Bylbym wdzieczny za jakiekolwiek sugestie :)

OK , dzisiaj rozwiazalem wreszcie ten palacy problem :) a rozwiazanie okazalo sie byc (jak domniemywalem ) mimo wszystko dosc banalne ...

Try "mdadm --readwrite /dev/md10"

....maybe. There are only 2 matches for keyword "read-only" in the man
page for mdadm 2.6.2, and --readwrite is the thing that looks the most
like it might help. I don't know for sure; I haven't seen this with the
softRAID things that I have. HTH anyway,

Mnie w kazdym razie pomoglo :) po recznym przelaczeniu w tryb rw
i pomyslnym zresync'owaniu macierzy (trwalo to dobre z pol godziny)
oraz wydaniu komendy "mount ...." wszystko ruszylo z kopyta :)
