Sterownik mam (chyba). Mplayera mam zainstalowanego, w ASCII odtwarza filmy ;)
Jak odpalić film "normalnie" (np. we buforze ramki)?

W grubie ustawiłem sobie rozdzielczość 1280x1024 i działa - tak mi TV pokazuje jak się konsola odpali po restarcie.
W /dev/fb0 istnieje.
Polecenie mplayer -vo fb0 film.avi wywala błąd - nie może się podłączyć do video output...

Po poleceniu mplayer -vo help mam jeszcze gl, gl3 i kilka innych... Na innych wogóle nie może się "podłączyć". Tylko directfb zwraca takie coś.
Z konta pacjenta normalnego nie działa wogóle, na starcie directfb się wykrzacza - ale to nie problem, pewnie trzeba usera do jakiejś grupy dodać. Najpierw niech wogóle ruszy ;P

Masz zainstalowany xserver-xorg-video-fbdev? Jeśli tak wtedy spróbuj:

Działa w konsoli na wersji MPlayer SVN-r37242 bez problemu, na innych nie sprawdzałam.

Trzeba by przekompilować mplayera przy czym -fb zostało chyba porzucone w mplayer2.

Spróbuj w konsoli odpalić magiczne polecenie [b]nvlc[/b] albo samego - to konsolowy klient [b]Vlc[/b] na ncurses.
Może radykalnie pomóc, choć Mplayerem nie jest.
