prędkość zależy w sumie od serwera, z którego ściągasz (tak mnie się wydaje)
a to, że różne podaje ci prędkości na raz to tyczy się tego, że prędkości downloadu nie są stałe, tylko się zmieniają, a to co ci pokazuje zależy od tego z jaką częstotliwością dany program odświeża informację o prędkości pobiereania

tyle to wiem, tylko że te wartości są wycięte z dużego screen-shota... i cały czas utrzymuje się różnica w prędkości mniej-więcej 2x szybsza dla conky

dodam tylko że w kosoli przy pobieraniu paczuch prędkość jest zgodna z conky, więc to chyba jednak błąd arii... więc może mój provider mi jakąś niespodziankę z prędkością zrobił :P
