Na wstępie zaznaczam, że znane dotąd sposoby rozwiązania tego problemu nie działają na najnowszych kernelach (próbuję na 3.19.3 oraz 4.0). Karta WiFi Tp-Link TL-WN553AG Ver:1.0, przeznaczona na rynek polski, przez Ndiswrapper co prawda widzi brakujące kanały, ale i tak nie działa, bo nie wykrywa sieci i nie można się połączyć. Jak zmusić ath5k do pracy w pełnym zakresie? Dorzucam kilka informacji o mojej konfiguracji i z góry dziękuję za wskazówki.

Istnieje możliwość wywalenia tego pakietu crda i wtedy prawdopodobnie da radę odblokować te 2 dodatkowe kanały ale w takim przypadku, prawdopodobnie przestanie ci działać ta druga karta. Bo te co się trzymają standardów można ustawiać via crda, a te co się nie trzymają, mają wdrukowane na sztywno i wtedy się zaczyna chrzanić wszystko. Twój wybór jak to sobie ustawisz. Jeśli korzystasz na maszynie tylko z jednej karty, to sobie wywal ten pakiet crda.

Po odinstalowaniu CRDA karta WiFi Realtek działa bez zarzutu i wykrywa 13 kanałów. Niestety Tp-Link nadal tylko swoje 11 więc już nie wiem jak to ugryźć.
