kompilacja kernela z obsługą atheros

próbuje skompilowac sobie kernela 2.6.21 wszysko gra ale niepotrafie skompilowac obsługi kart atheros w kernelu

po uruchomieniu nowego kernela niemogę załadowac modułu od atheros

na kernelu z distro ,mam sid (2.6.21.1) i madwifi wszytko ładnie działa ,ale chce na deskop miec kernela przystosowanego do swojego sprzętu (dell c610), iptables +gresecurite +pax (z tym niemam problemu działa ok)

ja pamietam ze mialem problemy z sterami do ati z tym jajkiem. nie jest ono jakies super zarabiscie stabilne wiec radzilbym olac.

ja tez mam della i mam pytanko do ciebie. jak zrobic zeby pokazywalo stan 2 bateri a nie tylko jednej. mam gnome i etch.

ACPI (Power management and PnP) support

Now that you have a better knowledge of your hardware, we can examine the ACPI configuration a bit closer. This is relatively straightforward, except for some parameters provided by these 2.6 kernel ACPI patches, which enable the kernel to default to an "ondemand" or "powersave" governor -- this is not possible otherwise, and forces one either to manually eable a specific governor at boot-time, or to resort to a userspace daemon for frequency scaling, which should not be necessary IMO.
